Bridget Norris
Owner
N-PAC was created by Dean and Bridget Norris with a vision to create a world-class integrated dance, theater, vocal and acting program, and to bring together some of the highest quality teachers in the Southern California area.

Michelle Miner
Studio Director
Michelle has been an accomplished tap choreographer for over 24 years. Michelle has trained with such tap masters as Brenda Buffalino, Mike Minery, Sam Weber and the late Gregory Hines. Well known as the tap trainer and choreographer for Sophia Lucia, she was also the mentor for the 2012 Guinness world record for consecutive pirouettes broken by Sophia. Her choreography is sought after all over the country and her students can be seen dancing for Fox, Disney, ESPN and in “Dance Teacher” and “Dance Spirit” magazine. Her students hold numerous national championship titles and she is known as one of the most successful tap choreographers ever in the competition dance industry. Most recently, you will see her tap on NBC’s World Of Dance. She has also trained the 2006 World Dance Champion, who became the youngest ever intern for the NYC Rockettes and her students have danced for such artists as Rhianna and Britney Spears. You can see her choreography on Fox and numerous music videos. Michelle is proud to have had 8 tap dances nominated for an Industry Dance Award and won the IDA for “Best Tap Dance” three years out of the six it has been given.

Sarah Cleveland
Triple Threat Director
In addition to her many years as N-PAC’s studio manager, Sarah continues to work extensively with professional touring theater company Theatre Royale, currently serving as the company’s resident assistant director/stage director/dance director. Standout Theater Royale productions include, Newsies (regional tour), Mary Poppins (regional tour), Les Miserables (regional tour), Beauty and the Beast, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, West Side Story, and Singin’ in the Rain. Sarah graduated from California Baptist University where she studied both Theatrical Performance and Technical Design & Management.

Jaquelyn Peterson
Triple Threat Director
With over 20 years of musical theater experience, both performing and directing, Jacquelyn is a veteran of the arts who has worked throughout Southern California and New York. Jacquelyn trained at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and recently directed and musically directed the 2016 production of A Christmas Carol for the Temecula Valley Players, making it the company's highest grossing show on record.

Tabetha Thomas
Assistant Studio Director, Jazz, Technique
Tabetha Thomas is a highly experienced dance teacher with a passion for sharing her love of dance with students of all ages. She has been teaching dance for over 35 years and has become an accomplished instructor and choreographer in the competitive dance scene. Her talent and dedication have led to numerous regional and national award-winning accomplishments, as well as many choreography awards.
Tabetha was the owner and director of a nationally-ranked studio in North County San Diego for 15 years. During her tenure, she built a reputation for providing high-quality dance instruction to students from all backgrounds and skill levels. She has trained dancers in a wide range of styles but her true passion is Jazz.
As a teacher, Tabetha embodies the true spirit of dance. Her passion for the art form is evident in every class she instructs, whether it's a solo or production. Her infectious energy and enthusiasm inspire her students to reach new heights and achieve their goals. Tabetha takes great pride in her ability to pass on the joy, happiness, and fulfillment that the art of dance has brought her over the years.
With over three decades of experience in the dance industry, Tabetha is a respected figure in the dance community. She is known for her exceptional skills as a teacher, choreographer, and mentor, and for her unwavering commitment to helping her students develop their talents and reach their full potential.

Alix McCurry
Jazz, Technique, Ballroom
Alix started dancing at the age of 2 and grew up training in all genres of dance. She has been an Artistic Director for one of the top ranked dance studios in North County San Diego for the last 5 years. Alix currently continues her own passion for competition in Ballroom. Since 2013 she has trained under the supervision of Professional Latin Ballroom World Champion Olga Ginzburg. Alix is a three time World Pro-Am Champion in Latin Ballroom. Alix embodies the true spirit of dance which can be seen in the passion she puts into every class she instructs, whether it’s a solo or production. That passion is felt by her students as she teaches them the same joy, happiness, and fulfillment that the art of dance has brought her.

PJ Ebba
Hip Hop
PJ Ebba is a dancer and choreographer based out of Temecula, CA. He has been dancing ever since he was 12 years old and was a studio kid all his life. He is currently training and pursuing his dreams as a professional dancer/teacher. He teaches locally in Temecula and has started his own drop in classes called TNT. A big goal of his is to teach internationally and go on tour with an artist. Some jobs he has done are Dance Moms, King Mala, Formula 1 and 88Rising. Just to name a few. He is very passionate about what he does and hopes his students excel and follow their dreams.

Kristen Hibbs
Lyrical
Kristen Hibbs began her dance journey at the young age of 3 years old. She fell in love with all forms of dance and continued to pursue her serious training during her teen years. At the age of 14, she began assisting dance classes and started teaching her own tap and jazz classes. By the age of 17, Kristen was a full time instructor teaching competitive dance to kids all over the San Diego area. She found her passion for teaching and progressively found herself immersed in the competitive dance world. In 2001, Kristen attended Orange County College where she was part of the nationally ranked dance team that took the number one spot at the UDA championship in Orlando Florida. During this time, Kristen continued her dance education and began working for Kids Artistic Revue where she traveled to cities all over the country as their musical theater and jazz instructor for their convention tours. Kristen also owned and operated the San Diego Dance Centre for 8 years and became a sought after competitive choreographer for dance and entertainment industries. Kristen continues to live her dancing dreams educating the next generation.

Joseph J. Arreola
Director and Acting Instructor
Joseph J. Arreola is a seasoned performer, director, and educator with a passion for guiding the next generation of actors. With professional acting credits in New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego, Joseph brings a wealth of stage experience to his work, having performed in nearly 100 theatrical productions and directed close to 150 stage shows across a wide range of genres and styles.
Joseph received his formal training in acting from the University of California, San Diego, and holds advanced degrees in both education and administration from Azuza Pacific University, and Concordia University, respectively. He earned his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Azusa Pacific University and also holds a master’s degree in English from Arizona State University. He is currently completing a 4th master’s degree in theater, further deepening his knowledge and commitment to the craft.
With a lifelong love for teaching, Joseph is deeply dedicated to nurturing talent and watching actors grow through the creative process. He is thrilled to be part of the team at Norris Performing Arts Center in Murrieta, California, where he looks forward to inspiring students, staging powerful productions, and helping shape the future of the performing arts.

Heather Rhodes
Tiny Tots
Ms. Heather has been teaching & instilling the love for dance to young children for 30 years. Ms. Heather owned and operated a successful dance studio in San Marcos for 15 years. She enjoys and is extremely passionate about teaching. She puts her heart and soul into teaching young dancers in a safe fun enjoyable environment.
Ms. Heather is excited to be teaching for N-PAC to share her passion for dance.
She runs the tiny tot and mini’s program with combination classes with Tap, Jazz, & Ballet, ages ranging from 2 to 9 years old.

Day Day Robinson
Hip Hop and Hip Hop Funk
Day Day Robinson, based in Menifee, California brings a dynamic background in both martial arts and dance, with six years of experience training and performing. He began his dance journey in high school and continued developing his artistry while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, where he performed in UCR Is Dancing during his last two years. During his final year, Day Day pursued dance professionally, expanding his versatility in hip hop, contemporary, jazz, freestyle movement, and acrobatics. He has also presented choreography at Club Jete and guest choreographed for NSU Modern at UCLA. Currently, he is an instructor at TNT Dance in Temecula, CA, and choreographer for the Heritage High School dance team which is a full circle moment as it is where his own dance journey began. Day Day is passionate about building strong foundations, creativity, and confidence in every dancer he works with.

Aaron Cleveland
Director and Acting Instructor
Aaron has been involved in the performing arts for over 15 years. He teaches a simplified approach to the Stanislavski method, one of the most recognized and well established acting techniques. In addition to many directing and writing credits, Aaron is a resident member of the professional touring theater company- Theatre Royale. During his time with the company, he has performed in many regional touring productions including Beauty and the Beast, West Side Story, Singing In the Rain, and White Christmas. He has also made an appearance on the Disney Channel and has acted and modeled commercially with Aminocat Entertainment. His technical theater and film expertise ranges from robotics and prop design to sound and lighting. His broad educational experience includes a B.A. in Film Studies and Theatre, as well as a certificate in Digital Design.
